Devika, the employee at the front desk, was VERY helpful in assisting me when I had to make a sudden reservation with little notice because I had issues with another hotel. Definitely ask for her if you plan on staying here. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, and the room is cozy while it’s relatively close to the airport if you’re traveling - A great place to stay! Will definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

This hotel seems family owned and they were so sweet & helpful! I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotel/motels like this one because i travel on a budget a lot and I’ve never been happier- for the price! It’s SUPER affordable BUT the beds are comfy and it’s CLEAN! Those are the two most important things for me! The staff were amazing- they checked me in easily and effortlessly and they helped me switch rooms to a double bed at the last minute! The energy when you walk in is great!! Location is awesome too close to airport and everything I needed! Thank you Regency Inn!!

Great stay for the price. Rooms were completely clean. The couple in the daytime are so nice. Great customer service. Always greeted me when I saw them. Showers good and workout equipment were great. It maybe close to the highway but rooms and area super quiet. Starbucks, denny's and gas station are in walking distance.

When we first got there the night clerk was a little rude and short with us. The beds and room we're clean and comfortable. When we checked out the owner was there, he was very nice and friendly. Overall the rooms were reasonably priced, nice clean and comfortable. Nice fluffy pillows. There were hardly any outside noises. The parking was great with easy access to the front entrance.

Stayed at this location two weeks ago. I heard not so great things about this location. When I noticed it changed from Micro to Regency I decided to try it out. I was very surprised an pleased with my stay. The room and ground were kept in a neat fashion. The desk staff were extremely nice to deal with. The owner is doing a great job. I'll be pleased to stay here on my on call weekend do to living out of the HEB area. Thank you to the owner and staff for making my stay worth the experience.

The Regency Inn is a clean, quiet older Inn. We had the pleasure of staying there May 31 ( checked in after midnite) do to our flight being canceled til June 1st. Very comfortable bed , breakfast was ok. The morning desk people were helpful in getting an affordable ride back to the airport.

No frills but fit the bill. I wanted a clean budget friendly motel while I visited my grandsons for the weekend. This place fit the bill. While it's a bit dated, it is very clean and the service was very courteous. The beds were really soft. Not good for me, but probably good for others. The pillows were comfy. AC worked fine. If you're on the highway side, it's a bit noisy but nothing a tv can't drown out and after running with the kiddos I was exhausted anyways. The shower had low water pressure, but it got me clean all the same. I had a 3 day stay and my trash and towels were replaced daily. The room attendant did not enter the room if not invited. The pool is big and clean! We had fun on my last day there. I will stay again.

This is the nicest hotel with amenities for the price. And because I am handicapped, they help me at check-in and they help me get my things to my room. The staff is especially friendly and the rooms are clean. They have hot breakfast in the morning (but they need to improve on it) and I was given $5 off for room service! a single room for me for one night was $78 including tax. I will definitely come back in the near future.

After my previous hotel overbooked for the eclipse without telling me, I was very scared I wouldn't be able to find anywhere else at 1:30am. I was tired and angry calling different places without any luck. Then miraculously I found the Regency Inn had a room to spare. Hari at reception was friendly, professional and he did all that he could to help me. He was so good that it has prompted me to write my first ever Google review! I will be writing my second review of the previous hotel once I get my money back, where the staff member was so rude and unhelpful, he wouldn't even let me use their phone to try and arrange somewhere else to stay. Hari, thanks again. And thanks to all the other staff who have been amazing too. The hotel is great with a decent continental breakfast and it's not too far from downtown Dallas. Would highly recommend. Jason

Very kind and helpful. The absolute best. I was in a car accident here in a town I'm not from early in the morning, I needed a room and no where but here was willing to help. They made sure I was in a comfortable quiet room and even let me borrow their charger for a couple days. Such kind hearted people are found here, will always greet you with a smile and wave even if they're busy flipping out rooms. They have made a life time customer out of me.. Ill be coming to Dallas alot now for work, I know where I'll be staying!!!!
